MEET THE FOUNDER

Café Noury was founded in 2025, when Noury took the leap to turn a cozy home café pop-up into a full-fledged business. But her love for coffee began long before that — as a teenager wandering the streets of Philadelphia, drawn to the warmth and creativity tucked inside its many neighborhood cafés and curious about the different flavors and traditions that shape coffee around the world.

Those coffee shops became her third space — a seat between school and home where she could meet friends, study for hours, or simply sit with a cup of coffee and the quiet hum of a café around her. Whether it was a bright Ethiopian pour-over or a simple, perfectly made latte, those moments shaped how she came to understand coffee: not just as a drink, but as a ritual of gathering.

The idea for Café Noury grew from that feeling — the belief that a thoughtfully prepared drink can bring people together and add warmth to the moments they celebrate.

Today, Café Noury brings that same spirit to private events, brand activations, and gatherings across Baltimore — showing up with intention, thoughtful drinks, and a cart designed to bring people together.
