FOUNDER'S STORY

Café Noury was founded by Noury Khim in April 2025, when she took the leap to turn a cozy home café pop-up into a full-fledged business. But her love for coffee started long before that — as a teenager wandering the streets of Philadelphia, chasing the warmth and creativity tucked inside its many neighborhood cafés.

Her favorite coffee shops became her third space — a quiet seat between school and home, where she could meet friends, study, or simply find solace in a pour-over Ethiopian or a perfectly simple latte. Over time, coffee became more than a beverage. It became a way to connect, to slow down, and to create moments that mattered.

The idea for Café Noury was born from that love — and from the joy of sharing it. What started as a playful experiment with friends soon grew into a traveling specialty cart serving globally inspired drinks: lavender cardamom tea, coconut pandan matcha, honey black sesame latte. Each flavor a story. Each cup an invitation.
